Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from Verilyd, we may send you messages about your inquiry, appointments, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Payments
If you subscribe to a plan, your payment is processed by Stripe, our payment provider. You enter your card details on Stripe’s secure checkout, not on Verilyd’s systems. Verilyd does not receive or store your full card number.
From Stripe we receive the information needed to manage your subscription, such as your name, email address, phone number, the plan you chose, the amount, the billing date, and whether a payment succeeded or failed. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy and security standards.
We keep billing records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, even after a subscription ends.
Client websites and data
Verilyd builds and manages websites and lead-conversion systems for business clients. When a client’s customers submit information through a website or system we manage, we process that information on the client’s behalf and according to their instructions. Each client is responsible for its own privacy practices and for obtaining any required consent from its customers. Questions about a client’s data should be directed to that business.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Subscription: you can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected], as described in our Terms of Service.
- Access, correction, or deletion: contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We will respond as required by law.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
