Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Verilyd website, your subscription to a Verilyd plan, and your communications with Verilyd (“Verilyd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our text messaging program. By using our website, submitting a form, booking a consultation, subscribing to a plan, or opting in to messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our services

Verilyd provides managed websites and lead-conversion systems for businesses. Information on this website describes our services in general terms. The specific services, pricing, and terms for any client are set out in a separate service agreement, order, or written proposal. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.

Plans, pricing and billing

Verilyd is sold as a monthly subscription. The plans published on this website are:

• Launch — $59 per month
• Connect — $199 per month
• Elevate — $299 per month
• Scale — $499 per month

What you pay

• There is no setup fee and no website build fee. The monthly plan price is the whole cost of the plan.
• Your plan is billed monthly in advance. The first payment is taken when you subscribe, and the same amount recurs on the same date each month until you cancel.
• Prices are in US dollars and do not include any taxes that may apply.

No minimum term, and how to cancel

• There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time.
• To cancel, email [email protected]. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.
• Billing stops at the end of the monthly period you have already paid for. Your plan stays active until that date and you are not charged again.
• We do not refund part-months. Cancelling part-way through a month you have paid for ends future billing rather than refunding that month.

Changes to pricing

• Prices published on this website may change at any time for new subscriptions.
• If we change the price of a plan you are already subscribed to, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before the new price applies, so you can cancel beforehand if you prefer.
• Where a signed service agreement sets different pricing or terms, that agreement controls.

Advertising management

Advertising management is a separate add-on and is not included in any plan. It is quoted separately and does not include ad spend, which you pay directly to the advertising platforms.

Payments and card details

Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe’s secure checkout rather than on Verilyd’s systems, and Verilyd does not receive or store your full card number.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry it and will contact you. If payment remains outstanding, we may pause or suspend the services until the account is brought up to date.

Third-party usage

Some features rely on third-party services, such as text message and email sending. Those services may apply their own limits or usage charges, and unusually heavy usage may incur additional cost.

No guarantee of results

Verilyd’s services are designed to help businesses capture, follow up with, and convert opportunities. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, customers, sales, revenue, reviews, ratings, or search engine rankings. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

Text messaging program terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Verilyd about your inquiry, consultations, appointments, and our services.

• Program: Verilyd customer care and appointment messages.
• Frequency: message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have opted out.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (352) 209-3119.
• Consent: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile information. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Verilyd name, logo, website design, and content are owned by Verilyd and may not be copied or used without our written permission. For clients, ownership of domains, client-supplied materials, and managed websites is described in the client’s service agreement.

Third-party services and links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, such as scheduling, payment, and messaging tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verilyd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website or these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Changes to the price of a plan you already subscribe to are handled as described under Plans, pricing and billing.
